Ordering
Minimum Order
The total of your order, before shipping charges, must be $20.00 or more.
On-Line Orders
Using our secure online shopping cart system. Just click on the buy button and the item is added to your shopping cart. From there you can either continue shopping, or go to check out. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the view cart button and also proceed to check out by clicking on checkout.

Please have your order complete along with your credit card information. We need item number, description, quantity, sizes and colors as necessary. Phone orders must be charge to Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Our telephone order lines are open 9:00am – 5:00pm, Eastern Time.
Mail Orders
Fill out our order form or write your order on a piece of paper. Be sure to indicate your name, address, and phone number; item number, product description and quantities. Total your order and add shipping charges. Enclose check, money order, or credit card information and mail your order to us. Remember, United Parcel Service shipments cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Returns
We gladly accept returns on all unused merchandise, in good condition in the original unopened packaging along with a copy of the invoice. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after date of original shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns of opened merchandise.

Shipping
We ship all domestic orders under 4lbs by USPS Priority Mail. Orders over 4lbs are sent by UPS Ground.

Continental USA – Standard
All orders for diabetic products have one
rate, $4.75 per order to a single address. Order more and save.
Your Billing Address
Please provide us with the address upon which you receive your
credit card bill. This is needed to process your credit card.
You may have your items shipped to another address by either
choosing the “different billing / shipping address option” at
Checkout or providing the Shipping Address in the “Special
Instructions” box on the Checkout Page.
